21 Days of Gratitude
WHAT: We invite you to participate in the 21-days of Gratitude and welcome more happiness and wellbeing in your life. You will receive a prompt every day. As you reflect on the prompt, you will discover some gifts life has offered you.
WHY: When you consistently notice, feel and express gratitude for these gifts, you shift your inner state. You feel joy, optimism and abundance. Your physical wellbeing improves and you unlock compassion in your life.
