About the event

Family Constellations Therapy is a method that enables us to see the hidden dynamics between members of a family system; dynamics that often keep individuals stuck in patterns of pain and suffering.

This session is an experiential introduction to this method in the group format. You can be part of the group to:

  • Participate (available to be a part of the process)
  • Witness (only see and listen)

More about the Facilitator:

Sunitha M R is a practitioner of Family Constellations Therapy and founder of The Metta Way. Before beginning work as a mental health professional, she worked primarily as a performer on the stage for over 30 years. Her years of arts practice always brought forth opportunities to explore the realm of interconnectedness - of the body and mind, emotions and thought, the micro with the macro, the form and formless. The deep experience of healing she had through Family Constellations moved her to study the work, train to be a facilitator and offer it to others. You are welcome to visit themettaway.org for more information on the method and her.

More about the Platform:

This learning space is a part of The Nurturing Zone, a platform offered by the Wellbeing Movement. The bi-monthly platform aims to offer insights, develop skills and cultivate practices towards wellbeing by connecting practitioners and doers with a community of individuals who are keen to work on their own wellbeing.
