More about the Facilitator:
Arundhati is a certified mental health counsellor from Bangalore. She is a well-being practitioner and advocate. Having suffered from debilitating anxiety issues in her early 20s, she carries a real and deep understanding of the challenges that people with anxiety face. Additionally, she experienced personal transformation through therapy, identifying and overcoming her own mental hooks, and adopting simple strategies to function well rather than trying to fight anxiety with determination and willpower.
She is also the author of ‘Decade of Anxiety - transformed by faith, courage and authenticity’ a book that chronicles her struggles and liberation.
