The Circle of Connection is a space where we come together to reflect, share, listen, support and be supported in our journeys. It is a safe and gentle space to deepen our connection with ourselves while connecting with others. We keep our shared humanity at its centre!

Astha is a self-leadership coach. She has a decade long experience in the development sector and social work where she worked with leading youth development organisations such as Pravah and Community- the Youth Collective. During this time she led interventions on developing youth leadership and facilitating psychosocial change (mindset shift). Through these years, she has mentored hundreds of youth to find purpose & direction and lead change in their lives. Her expertise lies in designing and facilitating learning and connecting spaces. She firmly believes that our families need to be homes where we feel safe, belonged and free. As part of her vision, she has initiated the Homecoming Project, aiming to transform families into spaces guided by authenticity, belonging, choice, and open dialogue.
