More about Satya and Taking Up Space:
Satya is an architect and designer by education and a 2016 TFI alum who taught for 2 years in Pune. After which, she was a part of the founding team of Pune Children's Zone, an early childhood education start-up and continued to serve the same community where she taught for 2 more years. Satya is passionate about gender equality, empowerment through livelihoods and entrepreneurship for women and coaching. She is currently based out of Goa, working with multiple organisations and on her own dream project, Taking Up Space. Taking Up Space is an 8 week long, actioning learning experience designed to enable one to embark on a journey of generating deep gender consciousness, learning from theories, stories, narratives, people, allowing one’s own places of pain to emerge.
About The Platform:
This learning space is a part of The Nurturing Zone, a platform offered by Viridus Social Impact Solutions in collaboration with the Wellbeing Movement. The platform aims to offer insights, develop skills and cultivate practices towards wellbeing by connecting practitioners and doers with a community of individuals who are keen to work on their own wellbeing.
