Do you find yourself in frustrating situations with family members, friends or acquaintances, where you cannot seem to fathom their perspective? Do their opinion and beliefs seem unbelievable or irrational to you? Do you find it difficult to engage with them? She loves to create spaces where participants walk away feeling acknowledged, aware and energised. Her work in education for seven years, personal journey with mental health and her experiences as a current student of Counseling Psychology at Columbia University shape her design and approach. More about the Platform: This learning space is a part of The Nurturing Zone, a platform offered by Viridus Social Impact Solutions in collaboration with the Wellbeing Movement. The platform aims to offer insights, develop skills and cultivate practices towards wellbeing by connecting practitioners and doers with a community of individuals who are keen to work on their own wellbeing.
