How do I respond constructively when things don’t go as planned? How can I cope better when I feel frustrated, stressed or anxious? How can I become more resilient?

If you have wondered about these questions, join the experiential, learning space to explore:

1) Understand the concepts of resilience and the zone of resilience

2) Understand the link between mind-body and its role in resilience

3) Experience and understand few techniques to deal with stress in the moment

4) Apply a simple, yet powerful daily practice to widen your zone of resilience
