> Understand how empathetic distress unfolds within you
> Learn strategies to care for others in a calm and centred way

More about the Facilitator:
Shashi is a seeker, practitioner and teacher in inward journeys of well-being, and outward journeys of complex systemic change. Siva is a practitioner and teacher in inward journeys of personal mastery and a well-being coach. He has over 10 years of experience in teaching and facilitating. At present, he is working intensively on exploring, designing, and facilitating programs related to Personal Mastery and Human Wellbeing.
