Do you feel emotionally spent and lacking motivation in your day-to-day life? Do you feel you are pushing the limits of your physical and mental capacity? Do you want to re-prioritize how you spend your energy? 

If yes, join the learning space to:

More about the Facilitator:

Ramya Srinivas, through her work in poetry and psychological therapy has always believed that the right words, a space of empathy and compassion can make all the necessary difference in the world. As a student of Buddhist Psychology, her approach to well-being is rooted in dismantling mental constructs using introspection,  mindfulness and art, combined with realistic self-care regimes. She organizes a peer support community focused on slow and mindful living called The Self Care Cat.

This learning space is a part of The Nurturing Zone, a platform offered by the Wellbeing Movement. The platform aims to offer insights, develop skills and cultivate practices towards wellbeing by connecting practitioners and doers with a community of individuals who are keen to work on their own wellbeing.
