Ramya Srinivas, through her work in poetry and psychological therapy has always believed that the right words, a space of empathy and compassion can make all the necessary difference in the world. As a student of Buddhist Psychology, her approach to well-being is rooted in dismantling mental constructs using introspection, Â mindfulness and art, combined with realistic self-care regimes. She organizes a peer support community focused on slow and mindful living called The Self Care Cat.Â
