About the Facilitator:
Riya Biswas is a Wellbeing Facilitator, a Therapeutic Art Life Coach and the founder of Mantavya for Mental Health Foundation. At Mantavya, she creates spaces to take individuals on a journey of awareness – to find and understand their healthy coping mechanisms, to adapt to situations without breaking and build ever-lasting resilience towards their emotional and mental health. For the past four years, she has cultivated her knowledge and understanding of how empathy, compassion, mindfulness and kindness towards others and to our own selves directly affects our overall well being. The Empathy Circle is one such initiative they have been running over the past three years in this direction.
