We invite you to participate in the Mindfulness Practice and apply it to a range of daily activities. You will receive a prompt every day. As you practice with the prompts and reflect, you will gradually cultivate the art of being aware and fully present each moment, in a non-judgmental way.

WHAT:

WHY:
Practicing Mindfulness can positively impact our emotional, physical, and social well-being. Practicing it together as a community can be empowering - it fosters a sense of belonging, support and accountability among the members. It also allows us to share, reflect and learn together.
