Join this session for an experiential introduction to Somatic Experiencing which can help us become more present to the body, allow for self-regulation and enable the nervous system to shift from reaction to response.
More about the Facilitator: Kokil Podar was introduced to somatic work by a friend after already working with different modalities. This work deepened her understanding and awareness of the nervous system’s functioning. She began to heal much more quickly from her traumas and move from reaction to response. She now brings these valuable tools to the world so people can experience themselves differently.
More about the Platform: This learning space is a part of The Nurturing Zone, a platform offered by the Wellbeing Movement. The platform aims to offer insights, develop skills and cultivate practices towards wellbeing by connecting practitioners and doers with a community of individuals who are keen to work on their own wellbeing.
